The stay wan't. Positive: I liked the view, the calm surroundings and the car park. Negative: Responsiveness of the host

Promised a lot and only delivered a little. Positive: The property was nicely appointed, offering 3 smallish bedrooms and 2 seperate bathrooms in a comfy space. Negative: Where do I start - The bed configuration was not as advertised. I booked the apartment largely based on the fact that the guests staying there had their own bed and didn’t have to share a bed. Because of the misconfigured beds it made for an awkward situation. The bed in the master bedroom was not up to standard, it either needs replacing or has been replaced with a cheap and nasty bed base and mattress. The couch arm fell off when we sat on it and wouldn’t fit back in. The cleaning hadn’t been completed properly and was still dirty in places. The smoke detectors were NON functional as the batteries were sitting on the kitchen shelf and the detectors lids were open and hanging down. A MAJOR safety code violation. I attempted to communicate with the owner/manager and no response was forthcoming.

A central location for a comfy stay Positive: a beautiful central location, spacious, quiet and comfy apartment Negative: Parking, a garage buzzer would have been useful

Positive: Great location and apartment was cosy. Negative: - Lounge arms were both broken. - Room configuration was advertised as 1 large double and 2 x twin beds. Rooms were all large double. - lifts were a little challenging to get to undercover car park.
