Luxury Southbank apartment

Positive: Great location for us as we were attending a conference at the Exhibition Centre. Having two bathrooms was convenient and the layout of the apartment suited us. Negative: Wi-fi in the apartment would have been good.

The property was really dirty the bathrooms were really dirty the carpet smelt really bad the cleaning was not done when Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything

It was okay Positive: 2 bedroom near Southbank Negative: Not very clean cheap appliances. Getting the key was a nightmare. Carpark was too small.

Read the reviews!!!!!! I would not recommend this apartment! Positive: Great location. Great view. Woolworths conveniently located on the ground floor. Negative: No linen for the sofa bed. No bath towels at all. We messaged the owner multiple times. Eventually, this was delivered by Uber at 11pm on day two! The place needs a deep clean, in particular the showers. There was a lot of mould! See photos below. No wifi as advertised. No window in the second bedroom- more like a study with a bed. Apartment appears much bigger in the photos! My review reflects that of previous guests. The check in/out requires you to visit an IGA 500m away during their business hours. This is very inconvenient. Location and view are great. This is an air BnB, not a serviced apartment.

Nice, compact place close to the city, entertainment and restaurants. Positive: Great location. Close to the Casino, Southbank restaurants and it was convenient to have a Woolworths in the building. Suitable for a base for 4 adults. Host was very helpful when needed. Negative: A little bit smaller living area than we expected. Could have been some bedside tables with drawers as there wasn't much space to unpack clothes for the 3 night stay we had.
