Luxury Bay View Apartment

Underwhelming. Positive: The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and nice. Negative: Overall the place felt a bit grimy. There was no glassware (both water glasses and wine glasses). The ironing board had bird poo on it and was left outside. Only an issue for us as we had a wedding to attend. The host didn’t drop off said items until the night before we left, resulting in us buying some new wine glasses and ironing clothing on the bed. The couch had a lot of stains on it.

Great place for work or leisure with clean accommodations and easy access to surrounding restaurants and transportation. Positive: Secure, clean, great amenities and easy check in and out.

Schade, Außen hui, innen pfui. Positive: Aussicht aufs Meer, coole Anlage, Sicherheit, schönes Design Negative: Wohnung war nicht sauber bei der Ankunft, überall schwarze Haare am Boden, Balkon & Fenster völlig schmutzig, keine Putzmittel, Staubsauger und Trockner vorhanden, aber alle Filter knallvoll - hier kümmert sich niemand. Küche wunderschön, aber auch nicht gepflegt, ein einziges Wasserglas vorhanden, Geschirrspüler ungepflegt, Essensreste in den Töpfen, man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Betten-Innendecken hatten Flecken aller Art 🫣 Wir haben „den Gastgeber“ mehrfach kontaktiert- keine Reaktion! Möglicherweise wird hier alles digital abgewickelt- Automatisierte Nachricht zum Check in war ok, dann Nachfrage, ob Check Out erfolgt ist. Aber keine Ansprechperson für Fragen oder Probleme, obwohl kommuniziert wird, dass man sich bei Fragen und für Tipps jederzeit melden kann.

Port Melbourne Stay Positive: The apartment is clean and tidy with plenty of nice natural light. Having a balcony and a window that opened in the bedroom was great. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was spacious and not over cluttered with furniture which was great. We were very happy with the actual apartment. The unobstructed views were straight out onto the ocean which was lovely. It was nice to have the ocean views and interesting watching the ships come and go. The 2 bedrooms are situated where they are private from one another which is great. If you love being close to the CBD this place is great. You can almost walk to it. There were a couple of eating places in walking distance but they seem to close by 3pm or 3:30. But the usual takeaway places eg KFC, McDonalds and subway are within a 5 to 10 min drive away. Negative: The car park was really difficult to navigate to our car space as the numbers on the spaces dont seem to follow any order or pattern at all. What would have helped was in the welcome email having a simple map with arrows showing what direction to go in to get up the levels and showing exactly where the car park space is. Having a normal shower head eiher with or without the rain shower head would have been nice But overall it is a very nice apartment for a couple or a family.
