🤗 Positive: Location and facilities Negative: .Self Key pick up midnight...locker box not labeled properly made complicated for new commers to find.locker box. Probably letter SEMI needs to be more visible. Up on return of keys even the cleaners couldn't find them where numerous emails were sent to us that keys were not returned ..however the keys were returned at 10am checkout time . A bit of cleanings needed in balcony, cigarettes buts were lying from ages ...door locks needs fixing to acces for balcony. Dishes had big dirty moulds when taken out for use

Positive: Was a bit confused on which building so it took a minute to find the apartment but we got there lol Negative: The elevators were packed almost all the time and it takes awhile to go up or down there’s also a scanner you need to use which I didn’t know until we were standing there for a bit 😊😊😊

Positive: Great location Negative: Filthy, dirtiest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Eg: brown stains on linen. Toilet uncleaned.

great location. nice pool. apartment small, and could have been cleaner. overall - adequate. Positive: location was good. beds were comfortable. swimming pool and spa were pretty nice. Negative: the apartment is a small and reasonably cheaply put together spot. there are a number of hinges etc that are falling off, and cupboards that are misaligned. also, it is only surface cleaned. the apartment needs a really good clean top to bottom once in a while and it did not have that. so, it felt somewhat unclean.

Handy location, nice but not luxurious as expected based on the description in the ad. Positive: Very handy location. Short walk to Queen Victoria Markets and the CBD. Pool was very good and having secure parking was great. Negative: Was very small, bedrooms were very cramped. Couldn't put a suitcase on the floor in the 2nd bedroom it was so small. Only having a air conditioner in the lounge room made it hot in the bedrooms especially the 2nd as there are no windows. Only getting 1 key is not good enough when you have 3 people staying which made it very difficult when we were doing different things.
