Luxury apartment free car park, pool, gym, Sauna

Seems to spend more time on aesthetics than operation Positive: -Very comfortable beds and lounges in the apartment -Great central location -Building and apartment very nice looking Negative: -Checkin process made difficult due to a simple grammatical error in the instructions. I was told to go to a shop 'across the building' so was looking around the building for awhile before I looked up the actual address of the shop and found it was across the road. Simply saying 'across FROM the building' would have been much more helpful. -0 staff members in sight at the front desk throughout the whole stay so no one to help if you had a quick question. You instead have to call a number. -Advertises a hot tub, steam room and sauna. Hot tub was barely warm. Sauna wasn't even turned on, there's a button to press but it heats very slowly, sat in there for 30min without even breaking a sweat. Again no staff in sight to ask for assistance or even a sign with instructions. -Put the building name in the description! It's called 'EQ Towers', knowing this would have been helpful when directing our taxi. -Room had a broken dining chair which had just been chucked on the balcony and not replaced. Dryer barely works, had to dry our clothes 3 times.

Easy to get to & close to everything we needed. Positive: Great location. Negative: The space was very small.

Good location , great options for eating out , apartment could use re ore rating to allow better flow for guests Positive: The property was located quite centrally Negative: It was quite small and the Furnature placement and size made moving around the apartment difficult . The dinning table is basically useless as it only had 2 chairs that were quite wobbly . The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work making the apartment steamy with 4 people showering .

Wouldn’t return Negative: Only 1 drinking glass, and it was dirty. That glass table in kitchen is too big and shouldn’t be glass. No soap provided. And photo of unit online is deceiving. Very small

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice and close to family. Positive: Location, parking and the apartment.
