Luxury apartment free car park, pool, gym, Sauna

Great location but wouldn't call this a luxury apartment Positive: Good location Negative: 1. Apartment wasn't very clean (may have had a rush clean prior to us getting there). Walls were dirty. No access to verandah that had broken chairs visible and did not appear to be touched in ages. 2. No front door key to lock the apartment front door. The floor did require a security token to use elevator to get to floor so was semi secure. Had spoken to owner who advised key was lost by previous sitter and that a replacement key would be provided but wasn't. 3. Second bedroom had a double bed but no room to move or store a suitcase. 4. Kitchen was light on utensils and glasses. No dishcloth or cloths generally to clean dishes 5. No toilet roll holder and had to call owner to locate toilet paper

Negative: : Extremely disappointing stay. Misleading, unsafe and poorly managed. I am genuinely shocked that this property is being advertised at the price I paid, because the reality was completely different from what was promised. First, the apartment itself is tiny. It is far smaller than advertised and absolutely not suitable for the number of guests it claims to accommodate. The lack of usable space made the entire stay uncomfortable. The outdoor area was also a disappointment.The decking was filthy, and we found cigarette butts and broken chairs left out on the balcony. It looked neglected and certainly not guest ready. Inside, the layout was impractical. The fridge could not even be fully opened because an oversized dining table had been jammed into the kitchen, and to make it worse there were no dining chairs around it. It felt like furniture had just been placed randomly without any thought to functionality. The most concerning issue was the complete disregard for guest safety. When we arrived to collect the key, we were told there was no key available at all and that we should just leave the apartment door unlocked. As two single females travelling alone, this was entirely unacceptable. The property manager was dismissive and rude, insisting that it was safe and that we would be fine. He even told us that if we did not like it, we could cancel on the spot. This was not a realistic option as we were already stranded in the city with nowhere else to go. Despite paying full price, we were expected to stay in a room without a functioning lock and with no alternative solution offered. We did not feel comfortable leaving any of our belongings in the apartment and resorted to storing our valuables in our car instead, which is not something guests paying premium rates should ever have to do. We were also told that they had only discovered the missing key a few hours earlier.

It was alright appartment but I love the location. Positive: Location Negative: Elivator is too busy & the hall way are scary.

Disappointing. Positive: Location of building and in depth check in information with photos with nice antique looking couches… Negative: Only one chair at table, other was sitting broken outside upon arrival. TV didn’t work, balcony door latch completely broken/ not accessible and not enough room to move in bedrooms even though only had standard sized double beds. Our room was located on the lower levels so room standards may increase dependant on level of floor….
