Luxury apartment free car park, pool, gym, Sauna

Positive: Great location Negative: Filthy, dirtiest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Eg: brown stains on linen. Toilet uncleaned.

great location. nice pool. apartment small, and could have been cleaner. overall - adequate. Positive: location was good. beds were comfortable. swimming pool and spa were pretty nice. Negative: the apartment is a small and reasonably cheaply put together spot. there are a number of hinges etc that are falling off, and cupboards that are misaligned. also, it is only surface cleaned. the apartment needs a really good clean top to bottom once in a while and it did not have that. so, it felt somewhat unclean.

Handy location, nice but not luxurious as expected based on the description in the ad. Positive: Very handy location. Short walk to Queen Victoria Markets and the CBD. Pool was very good and having secure parking was great. Negative: Was very small, bedrooms were very cramped. Couldn't put a suitcase on the floor in the 2nd bedroom it was so small. Only having a air conditioner in the lounge room made it hot in the bedrooms especially the 2nd as there are no windows. Only getting 1 key is not good enough when you have 3 people staying which made it very difficult when we were doing different things.

Highly reccommended Positive: Great location with car parking in building. All rooms are nice. Me and my family are happily staying and be able to explore around CBD. Negative: A bit of dust in second bedroom.

Very enjoyable Positive: The location was excellent, very central and working distance to all CBD and city attractions. Beds very very comfortable and air conditioner worked wonderfully. Negative: Lock on balcony door was unable to be opened due to lock being loose and inoperable.
