Location good, otherwise would not stay again
Positive: Location
Negative: The shower tray leaked and didn’t drain well, with a smell when the shower was used in ensuite. There were no drinking glasses and very limited cutlery etc

Apartment is so dusty it needs proper cleaning..dust everywhere

Positive: Location and facilities in the apartment and the building.
Negative: The floors were dirty and previous occupants clothes were found at the back of the settee. 2 of the lifts were out of service and on more than 1 occasion we waited 10 minutes for the lift.

Positive: Easy access to check in and out. The pool was great. The location was good with tram stop not too far.
Negative: The air-conditioning was not easy to work some instructions would of been helpful it was very hot in the rooms. The beds were small and uncomfortable. There were so minor issues with cleanliness. The elevators were crowded and slow especially at peak times.
