Melbourne Luxe Retreat 2B2B Pool Gym 34th floor

Positive: Easy access to check in and out. The pool was great. The location was good with tram stop not too far. Negative: The air-conditioning was not easy to work some instructions would of been helpful it was very hot in the rooms. The beds were small and uncomfortable. There were so minor issues with cleanliness. The elevators were crowded and slow especially at peak times.

Unit is in a fantastic location, close to tram, Queen Victoria Market, shops, Melbourne Central. It is priced fantastic. Positive: Fantastic location, communication with property great, good value for money. Negative: Was not very clean. Kettle had mould in it, rug was very dusty and dirty (did not look like it had been vacuumed), under couches etc didn’t look like it had been vacuumed either. Only 1 key available for use.

Positive: Fantastic location right next to Queen Vic markets and close to trams, trains, Melbourne Central / shopping area. The pool was great, nice and clean and lovely temperature. Negative: Please provide bedside tables and reading lamp in the larger room and possible battery operated touch puck lights in the other room. It would be handy to have a power point beside the bed to charge phones overnight. Wanted to watch the news but we were unable to get the TV working. Dishwasher had a bad smell and living area was not thoroughly vacummed, there were small food scraps on the floor when we arrived

Positive: Great locatikn& facilities Negative: The creaking sound of the roof & walls in the middle of the night.
