We would stay there again Positive: Quite central and nice building Negative: It needs a little love, older fixings etc general maintenance

Perfect Positive: The location was perfect for our week activities. The tram down the road made travel easy. Negative: Room required a little maintenance.

Peaceful stay in a lovely apartment Positive: Very clean, modern and well appointed apartment in a quiet location. Good value for money for a family with two bedrooms, lounge and dining. Balcony a nice touch. Perfectly located for our needs (attending VCA open day). Host answered questions quickly and helpfully.

Convenient & well priced for our budget, but could do with some extra attention to basics & comfort. Positive: Location and cost were good and the property was overall ok - just lacking basics. Also, I did accidentally leave my pillow behind and the host was helpful in allowing my son to go back and pick it up for me. It was also great having parking available. Negative: There was no toaster and no bread and butter knives (pretty basic items), and when I messaged the host they originally didn't do anything about it. By the time they finally offered to drop these items off (after I messaged again the next day) our stay was almost over. Also the gas cooktop doesn't light and there was nothing there to light it with, some power points didn't work, the tv in the lounge was weirdly located nearly on the floor and the bin liners didn't fit the bin. And the furniture in the lounge room was not very comfortable. I also never saw the pool, sauna or hot tub. I don't know where these were located and there was no information provided to find them. We weren't there for long and it was winter so we wouldn't have used them, but it is information that should be provided to guests.
