Was a great site - fantastic gym and pool - sadly the apartment was not as clean as it could be - the fridge was quite v Positive: Great location Negative: It was not as clean as it could be should be - there was dust behind the bed side tables and behind other furniture in the lounge.

Positive: Location was good, close to a couple of shops, cafes and tram stop. Nice apartment. Negative: Directions and information to check in and pick up keys, was only sent when I called. No block out curtains and small TV in lounge room. Should swap TV with bedroom one and in the middle of wall not down near the floor.

Positive: The bed was good TV in the room was good Swimming pool and showers were good Negative: Dust in the walls Front part of dryer fell off from the washing machine moving around My curtains were broken No knifes, only 2 butter knives Small TV in the lounge (swap the TVs around) No mention of there being no reception Communication on arrival was bad Pick key is up the road No mention in booking of if we return the key or leave in apartment I wasnt what I was expecting, especially for the price.

Great area would be cautious booking with this group again Positive: Location very quiet area. Apartment neat and tidy. The staff member, when I called to confirm if I could alter my checkin time, as my email was not answered, was friendly. Negative: Communication and questions via booking.com messages were not answered. Instructions were lacking. 1st via booking.com, then via email with no indication that next message was via sms. There were no instructions/signs on level pool &gym located. We just swiped in the lift and requested levels until it was accepted. No cutlery knifes at all. Blinds that did not open all the way and curtains that were not hung properly nor were there enough to cover the windows.
