Luxurious Urban Retreat In The Heart Of Melbourne

Was good location and clean bed. Positive: Location to Southern Cross Station was great, water pressure in shower was great. Bed was clean. Negative: Was not as clean as I would assume. Duty in bathroom and long hairs in shower and on walls and brown marks in basins. No cutlery beside spoons. Bedside tables and lamps would be a fantastic addition. Heat plum batteries were flat and when we did turn on, sticky tape over vents stuck so did t work well and could have caught fire so turned it off. Bathroom door gets stuck too. Windows need a very good clean please.

I was not allowed into the building and I got security called on me because my key didn’t work and was made to stay outs Positive: I didn’t like it Negative: Everything

Great location, close to public transport Positive: The location was great, close to shops and the bus station. Negative: There were no bedside tables for your phone or glasses, no knives and forks, I had to go and buy a knife and fork so I could have my breakfast, also trying to get into the property and get the key was like going on a wild goose chase. I only got half the message about accessing the property. It was a nightmare.

Positive: The location was great Negative: We had no dinner knives and forks, only one small pan worked on induction cook top. There was only one bar stool, we had to eat on knees. The shower had mould and the vanities were not very clean.

Loved the apartment and the location and we would stay again. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Positive: Location was great. Loved the 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room. Very close to trains and trams.
