Luxurious Urban Retreat In The Heart Of Melbourne

Negative: We advised the owner when we arrived on the 9th that the door would not open/lock properly. We phoned and texted him next day from 6.30 am. He promised to contact locksmith. At 4.30 pm after phoning again he sent real estate agent who arrived and called locksmith as we could not get into our room all day. The locksmith had to replace a part in the handle of the door. Very disappointing and will never rent this apartment again.

Positive: Location Negative: No cutlery things broken needs overall tidying and repairs

Positive: I loved how close to everything it was. Very easy to get around. Nice furnishings. Hosts were helpful when wifi wasn't working. Negative: Needs new pillows as very flat. Bed was uncomfortable and quilt was thin. I froze. Needs bedside lights. Needs more cutlery. Only one fork and one knife. Showers are quite dirty around base. Broken furniture in wardrobe.

Positive: Tidy and clean on arrival Negative: only 1 stool bar seat, toilet paper not convenient location, 1 heater is not warm enough on max level & the key is far from the location

Was good location and clean bed. Positive: Location to Southern Cross Station was great, water pressure in shower was great. Bed was clean. Negative: Was not as clean as I would assume. Duty in bathroom and long hairs in shower and on walls and brown marks in basins. No cutlery beside spoons. Bedside tables and lamps would be a fantastic addition. Heat plum batteries were flat and when we did turn on, sticky tape over vents stuck so did t work well and could have caught fire so turned it off. Bathroom door gets stuck too. Windows need a very good clean please.
