A pleasant stay and would def re-book.
Positive: It is conveniently located in CBD, 3-5mins across Souther Cross station, with Spencer st Tram right in front. It is also walking distance away from attraction. The bedrooms are cozy enough. The view from the apartment is exceptional. And the host is very responsive and friendly.
Negative: You cannot request for house keeping as this is a stay and not a hotel.
