Stay here for a quiet cosy cityscape
Positive: Location was fabulous, no street noise and great views. The hot air balloons drifting past the windows at sunrise were a sight to see! Super fast lift, no long waits and you can step out of the building straight into a tram.
Good hot water, easy check in and out and good heater for those frosty evenings.
Negative: Kitchen facilities are a bit grim

Good value for money and location. Not 5* but have rebooked
Positive: Location, car park facilities, pool, sauna.
Negative: The floors and wall are a bit grotty and curtains could use a refresh. This doesn’t impact the beds and bathroom clean. Spa was a bit dirty pool great.
