Apartment needs some attention and clear instructions on how to get from car park to apartment. View is amazing Positive: The view was amazing and the location was close to everything Negative: Front door very hard to open, walk in the door to a cabinet on a lean against the wall that looked like it would fall over if you touched it. wall in bedroom needs clean dirty marks all over it. Bathroom lights don’t work properly

Positive: Views and location were great. Negative: I paid the addition charge for early and late check out. Samiksha (property manager) would not return my messages after multiple attempts when I tried to inquire about the time for early check-in. When he did eventually answer my call at 13:00pm on the day of the booking, Samiksha advised me they do not offer these services. Given I had paid the additional charge, I was confused. I brought this to Samiksha's attention and he advised me I need to take it up with booking.com. I have now raised this issue with booking.com and i'm still concerned that the two tier pricing is still on booking.com given Samiksha has been made aware of the issue since 26/10/2025. When we did arrive at the property, Check-in was delayed till after 15:25pm as the cleaner was still in the property. There was no cot as requested (confirmed via booking.com). The property was grubby and the solidified translucent substance on a wall of the first bedroom was gross. We also didn't appreciate the previous guests towels still in the apartment. However, the views from and location of the property were great. Dealing with Samiksha and the condition of the property made me feel that these people either had no respect for their guests or they don't know how to manage a short stay rental property.
