City Meets Ocean - 50th floor premium retreat

Beautiful family trip Positive: The view was amazing. Bedrooms were perfect. Mattresses were really comfortable. Negative: Walls were dirty and the carpet, too.

Positive: Location Negative: One key no good, stains on carpet everywhere, messaging before checkout to tell us housekeeping is waiting

Great veiw if you dont mind the lack of cleanliness Positive: The veiw Negative: The toilet seat and lid was completely off Looked like it hadn't been cleaned Windows, shower carpet, dust, even dog prints on window sill. Couldn't use the parking but luckily they paid for a carpark a block away. Had email that confirmed early checkin then when I arrived was told I couldn't. And to top it off we found a review from someone on the same night as us.

Very disappointed as I wasted a day trying to organise the parking. Disappointed with hosts response Positive: Location was great, close to the city and South Bank. On a high floor, so very quiet. Negative: I paid for parking and did not receive the fob for parking until the afternoon of day 2, after many emails and attempted phone calls to hosts. They were uncontactable and did not return my calls until many hours later.

Great host, very comfortable night Positive: Close to Spencer st, crown and flinders. Awesome views 😊
