Positive: The location was central to tram and town Negative: The blood stains in 1 of the beds A used wet bath towel hanging over kitchen chair The lack of communication with property owner regarding state of room provided Excessive cleaning fee on top of the room charge when the room did not seem to be cleaned prior to our arrival

Dirty, needs urgent maintenance, save your money and book elsewhere. Positive: Good location. Negative: Apartment was not clean (we had to buy cleaning products and disinfectant spray), carpet filthy, splatters of something on the walls in one of the rooms, curtains broken, toilet roll holder broken and only 1 fork for a family of 4. Place needs a good clean and urgent maintenance. Not worth the money to stay here, there are nicer places nearby. Photos used on booking.com are much nicer than what it looks like.

Overall the amazing views were the highlight but the cleanliness and communication issues unfortunately affected our sta Positive: The views were amazing Negative: The place was not so clean. Carpet was so obvious dirty which made everything else feel dirty. Fan in the bathroom/toilet was not working so every time we had a shower it felt like a sauna. Communication with the host wasn't so great. I asked on 3 different occasions for an early check in which i got ignored and only answered when i asked about check in details which the code wasn't given to me for me to get the keys. I had to call a couple of times. Furthermore the cleaner was still upstairs at our scheduled check in time and we were delayed by approximately 15 minutes beyond the official check in time.

Prime location and beautiful views with the outside balcony being a great feature to fully enjoy the view. Positive: The views from the apartment were beautiful and I loved that there was an outside balcony you could look out from! Negative: It felt a little run down (carpet, furniture ect) but it was still okay. If the apartment was refreshed with new modern furniture, I could imagine they’d be able to charge a good amount for that apartment and I’d happily pay it too. The fact it is two bedroom in that location and that amazing view, it would do them great benefit to refresh/modernise and increase the price. Maybe some blockout blinds would be great too as it stays very lit up at night from all the buildings around it, so was hard for me to get a good night sleep.
