City Meets Ocean - 50th floor premium retreat

Our first stay excellent, this one disappointing Positive: Location n parking Negative: Hot water heater only allowed 15 second showers. Toilet seat broken Paper holder broken Not clean enough

Positive: The location is fantastic close to southern cross, view is amazing, beds were very comfortable, parking great and enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities. Negative: I feel like the whole place just needs a deep clean and some maintenance. Floors and walls are dirty, there isn't enough cutlery and plates considering the place sleeps 4. Only having 1 key is very inconvenient. Also had to contact them for check in details on the day as nothing was received prior. Was bit confusing on how to get from car park to the room.

Positive: Great facilities, good couches and bed & location Negative: Tissue holder is broken, shower didnt have stand to place saop, shampoo etc

Everything was amazing. Easy access to keys, carpark, the apartment. Great communication about access. It was clean and Positive: Everything was amazing. Easy access to keys, carpark, the apartment. Great communication about access. It was clean and had the most spectacular views. Location was perfect for our stay. Will definitely book here again. Negative: Liked everything. Not a thing to complain about
