Disappointing and poor communication by host. Positive: Spectacular views and good location. Pool area lovely but unfortunately, weather wasn't warm enough for us to swim. Woolworths very close by was useful. Negative: A lot of things missing: no teaspoons, only one fork, mostly green tea and not enough sachets for 5 days, no coffee, no dishwashing liquid, only one small soap (we were there for 5 days), no spare towels etc, broken lamp, TV only had pay channels so couldn't use, only one chair and couch seats 2-3, so couldn't use table to eat at ( we were 4 people) or sit comfortably, hole in living area wall, a lot of marks on all walls, soft close drawers wouldn't close which obstructed fridge, not enough cups or glasses for 4 people, no wine glasses, only one rubbish bag and bin had no lid (inadequate for a 4-5 day stay), small double beds, no fan in internal bathrooms, gladwrap on smoke detectors etc. Only one key provided which was awkward as we were 2 couples who went out independently.

Positive: The view was amazing and location was perfect. Negative: General tidiness was extremely poor, with random objects left under the beds. The carpet was very old and had lost its fluffiness, resulting in it feeling sharp and uncomfortable underfoot. There were multiple maintenance issues throughout the room including a hole the wall, broken chairs, a broken blind, and windows that would not open. The base of the bed in the main room was ripped, and the couch had visible cigarette burn holes. The linen was stained, which made the space feel unhygienic. The toilet flush button kept getting stuck resulting in the toilet constantly dripping unless we removed the frame off the wall and pulled the button back out. The frame around the flush button was already slightly loose, looking like other guests had done the same thing. The kitchen facilities were inadequate. There was minimal cutlery provided, and what was available was dirty. There were no wine glasses despite this being listed in the amenities, and there was no dishwashing liquid supplied. We were also unable to access the pool because the key card did not work, which was frustrating as this was one of the reasons we booked. On top of that, the air conditioning was locked, and the only way to adjust it was to turn the entire power off at the switch, which was very inconvenient. Overall, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards and did not reflect what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It’s dirty, unhygienic, dangerous and everything is broken or holes in wall. Positive: The view. Negative: The property is falling apart. Broken furniture everywhere, sliding doors for the robe has come off the track and some of the furniture were hiding in built in robes. We checked in to the apartment and it wasn’t cleaned at all. It looked like the cleaning was roughly done by the previous occupants. Rubbish left, medicine “tablet” with foreign language was left in room were my kids were going to sleep in. Rubbish left under the beds we felt grossed out and felt the bedsheets weren’t new. I immediately contacted the host and she wasn’t much help and requested a refund and checked out the next day before 10am. Until now I haven’t received a refund or heard from the host about why she isn’t authorising it when Booking sent her the request.
