Overall, the apartment was good for its location, but very disappointing in its condition. Positive: Check in and check out was great, location to venue was great, beds were comfortable. Negative: There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom, and the window couldn't be opened as it was broken. Walls were covered in dirty marks left by previous visitors. The kitchen drawers could not be closed. There weren't enough knives and forks for four people, so I had to buy plastic cutlery from Woolworths. There were holes in the walls and broken furniture. Cigarette holes were in the loungers. The kitchen tap was very loose and had to hold the tap every time we used it, as I thought it was going break. There was no washing-up detergent. Towel racks in the bathroom were about to fall off the wall. I found beer bottle lids under and behind furniture. Floors were dirty upon arrival. Only one garbage bag was supplied for a four-day stay. Bathroom shower heads did not work properly. I had to manually lock the front door each time I left. The most concerning issue was that the smoke detectors had been covered in plastic, which is a significant safety concern. I have more photos, but I couldn't upload them.

Disappointing for what you paid for Positive: Location was fantastic and the pool and sauna was nice. Key pick up and drop off was really easy with clear instructions. Negative: Room was really run down. Dryer and washing machine didnt work. Tap in kitchen is broken. Walls had dents and holes in them. All the plates were dirty in the cupboard.
