Positive: View was amazing and location was optimal Negative: Furniture was abit poor

Positive: The view and location was the only good thing about it Negative: I was really disappointed with my stay. I walked in and was shocked by how unclean the place was. There were marks all over the walls, stains throughout the carpet, and it was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned properly as there was food, hair, and even an earring backing left behind. The table still had food stuck to it, and the windows were extremely dirty as well. On top of that, some of the furniture felt unstable and poorly assembled. Overall, for $250 a night, l expected a much higher standard and unfortunately would not stay here again. Very disappointing!!

Good location Positive: Location and proximity to Southern Cross station. Views were amazing. Negative: 3.00pm check-in was strictly enforced despite advising travelling with 94yer old . Party of 5 utilising sofa but only dining setting of 2 chairs and crockery for four. Not a big issue
