Easy location but unclean Positive: Property was central Negative: Property wasn’t all that clean, all the walls had marks, and the couch was highly stained. Pillows were of poor quality, and we actually went to purchase our own. When I went to take our keys back to the “ezymart” although being 24 hours there was a sign saying back in 45 making us later for the airport

The apartment is in a great location but needs maintenance and a really good clean. Positive: Location was excellent and had sensational views over Melbourne. Easy access to everything. Negative: I wasn’t advised until we got there that key pick up was 200m down the road. I had to leave my daughters with our luggage in the foyer on their own whilst I went to get the keys. The cold water tap in the bathroom basin was broken so we only had hot water. There was no hair dryer despite advertising there was and when I told the owner he said he’d drop one in but never did. The furniture was very stained. The beds were not comfortable.
