Host did not reply on txt and app and phone call. Cancellation fee beware!! Way better places around Positive: nothing to like apart from the location Negative: That the host is rude enough to not even reply. Dont waste your time with this one. They are just in it for the high cancellation fee

Great view of Melbourne Positive: The location was great, the view was amazing. Negative: If you are really afraid of heights this is not for you. The lift gave me anxiety. Would've been great if there was a car park at the accommodation as I drove my own car to melbourne, finding a place to park my car at a decent cost wasnt ideal.

Apartment with magnificent views Positive: Great location, great facilities, comfortable beds & the views were magnificent. Would highly recommend it. Will definatley be staying again.😊😊 Easy to deal with the host, no problems at all. Negative: I really could not fault it.

Overall, it’s a good stay, but there is room for improvement. Positive: Location!!! It’s opposite to Victoria market and tram stop just 10m away, super handy. Views! It’s on level 52 overlooking Victoria Market and the night skyline is beautiful. Swimming pool/ spa/ sauna/ steam room/ and gym on level 8 come in handy and relaxing on quiet days. Negative: The small electric appliances are very basic and not working well. For example, the hairdryer is very flimsy and has unusual noise when in use. Vacuum cleaner has not much suction… also, there is not enough toilet paper for 10 nights stay and dish washing liquid and hand wash are diluted and only a little bit left. To collect and return the key is a hassle as the staff at EzyMart were a bit confused.
