Amazing views and a great location, but the apartment needs much better attention to cleanliness, maintenance and guest Positive: The view is absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of the apartment. The location is also very convenient and made it easy to get around Melbourne. Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not feel very well maintained or thoroughly cleaned. Some of the kitchen and living room furniture was noticeably dirty, and a blanket stored in the wardrobe smelled used and unclean. One of the hairdryers also appeared to be faulty and potentially unsafe, as we could actually see what looked like sparks/fire inside when we switched it on. For a three-night stay, the amenities also felt quite limited, including only one towel per person. Communication with the host/company was another weak point, as it was difficult to get through by phone and the overall support felt quite limited.

Positive: The breathtaking views and incredibly comfortable beds make this a dream destination. Negative: Vacuum cleaner doesn’t work

Wonderful stay. Positive: Very convenient location! Nice views, small but very cozy and clean :) Rooms were quite spacious and beds were very comfortable. Negative: Nothing at all.

Awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Positive: The location was great , lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sunday market is just 3 mins walk. Tram station in front of the building. Exploring the city is easier with tram. Negative: Vacuum cleaner is not working. Needs a new one please. Also needs toilet door lock for privacy.

Host did not reply on txt and app and phone call. Cancellation fee beware!! Way better places around Positive: nothing to like apart from the location Negative: That the host is rude enough to not even reply. Dont waste your time with this one. They are just in it for the high cancellation fee
