A spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped place in Melbourne. Positive: The unit is very spacious and comfortable, featuring three bedrooms and a large central living area. The kitchen and dining area are very pleasant, and the parking is good. Swimming pool and Gym always ready. The host was incredibly responsive; when the dryer broke, they bought a new one in less than 24 hours—a wonderful effort. Negative: The apartment is very well-equipped, though—being a luxury unit that has been around for quite some time—the dishwasher and vacuum cleaner could probably use replacing. The internet speed also needs an upgrade. Nevertheless, it still rates highly.

The location was good. Responsiveness to queries was not so good. Positive: Good location and size Negative: Only one set of access fobs for a large group was very inconvenient.

Was fine but just a few quirks that could have made it better. Positive: The location on city road was great, close to all things like grocery shops, fast food and the cbd. Pool was great and well used by our kids. Great to have multiple beds. Negative: The washing machine and dryer don’t work, tried to contact host about this but no success. Had to discover how to get to pool ourselves. Only 1 key fob made it painful for access when only one of us wanted to go out to get food whilst the other was going to look after the kids at the pool, couldn’t do this. Also after getting locked out had to try multiple times to contact host to gain access via PIN code for front door.
